FOOD SAFETY SEEN PRACTICAL

Whether the responsibility of food safety lies with farmers for the production of vegetables in greenhouses or with the regulator in China will need to be explained in a somewhat nuanced way. Of course there is nothing more important than certainty of safe food. Seen from reality and the current level of vegetable production in horticulture, the method of distribution and the price level at which the consumer makes his choice are more decisive for the situation in which we find ourselves in China and maintain the current working methods.
